Packages Overview
The Marine
Our largest package, perfect for up to 50 kids and 50 adults, with extended playtime and private dining.
- Capacity: Up to 50 children (ages 1-17) and 50 adults.
- Duration: 90 minutes in the Aquarium and Beach Ball Play Rooms, plus 60 minutes in a private dining rooms.
- Additional Time: Extend by 45 minutes (totaling 2 hours of playtime and 1 hour 15 minutes in the dining room) for an extra $200.
- Extras: Includes up to 40 full-color invitations.
- Note: Once booked, this package cannot be changed.
The Treasure
A great choice for medium-sized parties, with an hour in each playroom and dining for up to 25 kids and 30 adults.
- Capacity: Up to 25 children and 30 adults (maximum of 56 attendees).
- Duration: 1 hour in the Aquarium Play Room, 1 hour in the Beach Ball Play Room, and 1 hour in a private dining room.
- Additional Time: Not available on weekends; possible on weekdays based on availability.
- Extras: Includes up to 20 full-color invitations.
- Note: Cannot accommodate more than 56 people unless upgraded to the Marine package.
The Island
Ideal for smaller groups, offering 45 minutes in each playroom and dining area for up to 20 kids and 25 adults.
- Capacity: Up to 20 children and 25 adults.
- Duration: 45 minutes in the Aquarium Play Room, 45 minutes in the Beach Ball Play Room, and 45 minutes in a private dining room.
- Additional Time: Extend by 45 minutes (totaling 1 hour in each room) for an extra $100.
- Extras: Includes up to 20 full-color invitations.
- Note: Cannot be upgraded to the Treasure or Marine packages once booked.
The Beach
A quick and simple celebration package, with 45 minutes in each playroom and dining area for up to 15 kids and 20 adults.
- Capacity: Up to 15 children and 20 adults.
- Duration: 45 minutes in the Aquarium Play Room, 45 minutes in the Beach Ball Play Room, and 45 minutes in a private dining room.
- Additional Time: Extend by 45 minutes (totaling 1 hour in each room) for an extra $100.
- Extras: Includes up to 10 full-color invitations.
- Note: Designed for smaller gatherings with a compact schedule.
The Ocean
This intimate option offers 45 minutes in each playroom and dining area for up to 10 kids and 15 adults.

- Duration: 45 minutes in the Aquarium Play Room, 45 minutes in the Beach Ball Play Room, and 45 minutes in a private dining room.
- Additional Time: Extend by 45 minutes (totaling 1 hour in each room) for an extra $100.

The Team (Non-Birthday)
Designed for non-birthday events, this package provides fun for up to 15 kids and 15 adults with flexible scheduling.
- Capacity: Up to 15 children and 15 adults.
- Duration: 45 minutes in the Aquarium Play Room, 45 minutes in the Beach Ball Play Room, and 45 minutes in a private dining room.
- Additional Time: Extend by 45 minutes (totaling 1 hour in each room) for an extra $100.
- Note: Designed for team events; not available for birthday parties.
Field Trips
A weekday-only option for schools and groups, offering private playtime and dining for a minimum of 30 kids.
- Capacity: Minimum of 30 children for a private event.
- Duration: 45 minutes in the Aquarium Play Room, 45 minutes in the Beach Ball Play Room, plus up to 1 hour in the dining room.
- Note: Available on weekdays only.
Policies & Add-Ons
Our party packages are designed with flexibility and convenience in mind, along with clear policies to ensure a seamless and safe experience.
- Outside food is allowed at no extra charge (excluding alcohol).
- No alcohol is allowed in the facility.
- Safety restrictions: No glassware, no electrical appliances, no open flames to keep food warm, no balloons containing any type of confetti or small bits inside.
- Food is only allowed in the dining rooms.
- Liquid-type foods (e.g., soups, wet spaghetti sauce) and glassware are prohibited.
- All drinks must be individually served; no large jugs, open cups or 2 liter bottles allowed.
- Cupcakes are recommended over cakes due to health considerations.
- Only drinks with twist caps / sealed lids are allowed in the playrooms. Cans / juice pouches etc. must be consumed during the dining time only.
- Absolutely no glass containers inside building.
Dining rooms are pre-decorated. Additional decorations are welcome, but nothing can be affixed to walls or murals. Confetti, streamers, piñatas, and glassware are not permitted. Balloons with confetti inside are also prohibited.
- Not included in packages.
- Optional add-ons are available: $20 per dozen latex balloons or $2 each; $20 for metallic number balloons.
- Guests may bring their own balloons but must inflate them prior to arrival.
- No balloons that contain any type of confetti or small bits inside.
- Non-refundable deposits are required to book events: $100 for The Island, The Ocean, The Beach, and The Team packages; $200 for The Treasure and The Marine packages.
- Additional time extensions must be prepaid along with the deposit and are also non-refundable.
- All Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
All packages include use of a private party room, a party host/hostess, party set-up and clean-up as well as paper products.
- Extra children or adults beyond the package allowance are charged $10 per person.
- Children under 1 years of age are free.
Full-color invitations are included, with quantities varying by package. We do not mail out our invitations. They must be picked up at our venue.
View Party invitations- Clean socks are required for everyone entering the play equipment. Grip socks are not required.
- No rough play allowed.
- No alcohol is allowed in the facility.
- The use of the facility is at your own risk.
- Liability release must be signed for all adult and children entering the facility for the event.

It was a private party for 30 family and friends and the staff was so experienced and professional! Everyone had a good time! Thank you to the staff for making this day one we will never forget!

We hosted our son’s 5th birthday here, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The kids loved the giant slides, and the private dining area was perfect for cake and pizza. Five stars!

We had such a wonderful experience hosting our daughter’s 5th birthday at seascape. Lai the owner is wonderful. She responded to all my messages leading up to our event in a timely manner. We received 5 star service as soon as we walked into seascape by Lai and her staff. They took the cutest pictures of our daughter and us as a family before our event started and helped us take everything we brought to decorate and food into the private dining area and handled everything. I was able to enjoy our party while they brought my vision for my daughter’s 5th birthday to life! Having never been here before and hosting a party here I was a little nervous but this place didn’t disappoint. Our guest had so much fun. We couldn’t be happier with how our day went at seascape. I will highly recommend this place when hosting a birthday party.

The graduation party of my son and his classmates was a blast! Everyone had fun… both parents and the kids had tones of fun! We didn’t have to worry on the decoration and the set up of the food and etc. It was well taken care of. All the staff especially Ms. Leigh were very nice and accommodating. They will carry all your worries for the party and will just let you and your guests have fun. The place is nice and clean plus wonderful staff! What a great experience! Will definitely be back!!!

This is a very fun place to bring little ones! they often have good groupon deals if you buy a couple at a time. My 4 year old son loves it and its fairly well kept and clean (could be slightly better) other than that its a good time to kill an hour or 2 with a little one.
Booked The Treasure Package, and it was perfect for our group size. The kids played nonstop, and we loved being able to bring our own food. So convenient!

Had an experience, celebrating my son’s 3rd bday! Everyone had a blast! Best of all, I didn’t have to worry about decorating, taking pictures, and taking it down. I was able to enjoy the party with my kids and family and friends. The girls that decorated the room did an amazing job! Thank you! , I loved that when the room was ready, I was asked if I wanted to check it out, before guest went in. I loved that they took pictures through out the play time, because I didn’t take much pictures, and I loved the slide show surprise at the end for the guest to see all the pictures that were taken. Once again, thank you!

I hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party here. Including friends and parents, we had a group of 40 people. The staff did an amazing job of keeping the kids entertained, and for the final party room, they helped decorate using the supplies we brought. Even if we hadn’t brought any decorations, the basic setup was nice enough that it would’ve been fine! What touched me the most was that throughout the entire time the kids were playing, the staff member was constantly taking photos, and at the end, they made a video compilation of those photos. My daughter watches that video every day. I’m so grateful for the beautiful memories and how they captured them so well. All the moms who were invited said they want to host their next parties here too. It was fantastic!
The staff was very accommodating, and the whole process was seamless. The kids were entertained, and the adults got to relax. What more could you ask for?
So far, this is one of the best indoor play areas.
We had a smaller group and chose The Cove Package. It was just the right amount of time and space for everyone to have fun. Highly recommend!

I had always wanted to check out this place as I had heard great things about it from other moms. We just always went to the indoor places near our house in Irvine. We finally had the opportunity to go using our GetOutPass. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part and GetOutPass but, ultimately, the owner handled it really well and honored my pass. Although she didn’t have to, I really appreciated her grace.
My daughter had a great time and we are looking forward to going back and maybe even throwing a party here next time!
Not sure if they will accept any GetOutPasses moving forward though. If you have this pass, I recommend always calling ahead to the establishment. I have noticed different places listed in the app handle the pass differently.
My wife and I loved how easy it was to plan the party. The kids ran wild (in the best way), and the adults could catch up in the dining room. Perfect!

The staff are incredible… they are informative, prompt, organized, helpful, and are quick to answer any questions you may have. The facility is sanitary/clean, neat, safe, AC is blasting, and the kids LOVED everything about it. Price/packages are fair and worth every penny.
Even when we were running late on our time there, the owners were kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with throughout.
Would recommend to any and all families, businesses, organizations, etc. Seascape birthday is a core memory we will have forever. Thank you!
