Everything Else You Need to Know 

1. Outside food is allowed at no extra charge (excluding alcohol).
2. No alcohol is allowed in the facility.
3. Safety restrictions: No glassware, no electrical appliances, no open flames to keep food warm, no balloons containing any type of confetti or small bits inside.
4. Food is only allowed in the dining rooms.
5. Liquid-type foods (e.g., soups, wet spaghetti sauce) and glassware are prohibited.
6. All drinks must be individually served; no large jugs, open cups or 2 liter bottles allowed.
7. Cupcakes are recommended over cakes due to health considerations.
8. Only drinks with twist caps / sealed lids are allowed in the playrooms.  Cans / juice pouches etc. must be consumed during the dining time only.
9. Absolutely no glass containers inside building.

Dining rooms are pre-decorated. Additional decorations are welcome, but nothing can be affixed to walls or murals. Confetti, streamers, piñatas, and glassware are not permitted. Balloons with confetti inside are also prohibited.

1. Not included in packages.
2. Optional add-ons are available: $20 per dozen latex balloons or $2 each; $20 for metallic number balloons.
3. Guests may bring their own balloons but must inflate them prior to arrival.
4. No balloons that contain any type of confetti or small bits inside.

1. Non-refundable deposits are required to book events: $100 for The Island, The Ocean, The Beach, and The Team packages; $200 for The Treasure and The Marine packages.
2. Additional time extensions must be prepaid along with the deposit and are also non-refundable.
3. All Deposit payments are non-refundable.
4. Prices may change without prior notice.

All packages include use of a private party room, a party host/hostess, party set-up and clean-up as well as paper products.

1. Extra children or adults beyond the package allowance are charged $10 per person.
2. Children under 1 years of age are free.

Full-color invitations are included, with quantities varying by package. We do not mail out our invitations. They must be picked up at our venue.

1. Clean socks are required for everyone entering the play equipment. Grip socks are not required.
2. No rough play allowed.
3. No alcohol is allowed in the facility.
4. The use of the facility is at your own risk.
5. Liability release must be signed for all adult and children entering the facility for the event.
