Open Play FAQs
What are the admission fees for Open Play?
Admission is $12 per child (ages 1-17), which includes one free adult or child under 1 year. Additional adults or children under 1 year are $5 each.
Is there a time limit for Open Play sessions?
No, there is no time limit during Open Play hours.
Can we bring outside food or drinks during Open Play?
No outside food is allowed in the playrooms during Open Play. Resealable drinks are permitted; however, juice pouches, cans, or cups with straws are not allowed.
There is a dining room for you to use, if you would like to eat while you are at the facility.
Are socks required for Open Play?
Yes, all individuals playing on the equipment must wear socks. It is recommended to wear long pants and long sleeves to avoid slide burns, though it is not required.
Is there a designated area for toddlers?
Yes, there is a designated section for smaller children.
Do I need to make a reservation for Open Play?
No reservations are needed; Open Play operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can we leave and re-enter during Open Play?
You may go out to your car but cannot leave the venue and return. Please notify staff if you’re stepping out to the parking lot and coming right back.
Do you have a water fountain?
We don’t, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks with sealed lids. Vending machines with cold drinks are also available.
Is there a designated area for eating or drinking during Open Play?
Yes, there are designated areas for eating or drinking outside the play areas.
Party FAQs
What if I exceed the guest limit for my party package?
There is a charge of $10 for each additional guest over your package allowance. The maximum capacity is 56 persons for all packages except the Marine package.
Can I choose which dining room to use for my party?
No, the dining room is assigned and is not determined by the package chosen.
Can I bring my own food and drinks for the party?
Yes, you must bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol). Liquid-type foods and glassware are not allowed. Only twist-cap drinks are permitted in the play areas.
Do you provide ice for drinks during parties?
We don’t, but you are welcome to bring your own ice and ice chest. Ensure the ice chest is not leaking any liquids.
What decorations are allowed for parties?
Most decorations are allowed, but items like stickers, confetti, streamers, jello, and slime are prohibited. Balloons with confetti inside are also not allowed.
Is a deposit required to book a party?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling an event. The remaining balance is billed at the end of the event.
Can I add extra time to my party?
Yes, you can add 45 minutes for $100 (additional 15 minutes in each room). This must be prepaid along with the deposit and is non-refundable.
Can I bring my own goody bags and balloons?
Yes, you can bring your own goody bags and balloons. Balloons must be inflated before arrival, and those with confetti inside are not allowed.
What is the dress code for parties?
All individuals playing on the equipment must wear socks. It is recommended to wear long pants and long sleeves to avoid slide burns, though it is not required. No sharp objects or pins on clothing are allowed.
Can we bring a piñata for the party?
Unfortunately the answer is No, piñatas are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy for parties?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Are party invitations provided?
Yes! You can choose one of the party invites provided below and email out to your guest list (works best with Chrome) or come by and pick up postcard invitations.
Can I bring my own photographer/character/facepainter?
Yes, you are welcome to bring them to your event, they will count as a guest.
